When I started bartending at 15 Church restaurant, I noticed their menus were not aesthetically updated as the restaurant grew. Incorporating what I know of the client base, I simplified the design to organize the plethora of information that needed to be conveyed. With the amount of space given and the detailed descriptions needed to sell the food, it was a challenge to utilize every ounce of the 11x17 page. The results were noticed by regulars and enhanced their dining experience overall. Accompanying the changes to the main menu was a book containing all of the wines offered by the bottle.
